No time for a spa treatment? Pamper yourself by converting your bathroom into your very own home bath spa with these tips and ideas.
It’s no secret that stress is a part of everyone’s life. A certain amount of stress can be good for you and help you achieve goals and dreams. Other types of stress can cause various health problems. So, it is very important to be aware of the happenings in our life and decide if they are helpful or harmful. It isn’t always possible to eliminate harmful stress, but it is possible to decrease the amount of harmful stress in your life. Everyone copes with stress differently. Some people choose to just ignore things. Others choose to get overly involved and add even more stress to their schedule. So, while adding to your schedule, why not book yourself some time at the spa. What? A spa? Yes, you don’t have to look any farther than your own bathroom to create a home bath spa. Let’s take a look at your bathroom and start taking the steps to turn it into more than just a bathroom … let’s create a home bath spa. How do you start?
Start with a clean room. Clean your bathroom! It will be difficult for you to relax if all you’re doing is thinking about how you need to clean up your bathroom. Get rid of the clutter! Throw out those old bars of soap! In fact, toss out everything that you don’t love or use! If you can’t bear the thought of cleaning this room yourself, hire a housekeeping service for a day. It will be well worth the final result. Especially, since the final result is a grand home spa for you!
You will need to purchase a few specialty items; these items will help you turn your bathroom into a home bath spa that you will enjoy. You may locate these items at specialty shops or online. Often, spas will have a merchandising section with various selections. It is also possible to make your own spa soaps. If you’re not sure how to make your own soaps, there are several soap making sites online. Stock up on some sweet smelling body wash gels. Don’t forget to add some colorful bath scrubbers to your list. Natural sponge loofahs are a great addition for your home bath spa. Be sure that while you are collecting your specialty items that you don’t forget to splurge on a beautiful and comfortable inflatable bath pillow. It is possible to find these pillows with terry cloth on them which would be a nice extra for yourself. A few candles can add some ambience to any room and you’ll certainly want a candle or two in your bath spa!
Now your bathroom is almost ready to become your very own home bath spa. To maximize the convenience of all your specialty items you will need to get organized. Purchase a small over the tub rack that can hold these items in handy reach while you’re relaxing in the tub. Shower towers are also available and can easily be placed in one corner of your bathtub. Just make sure to place the items you’ll need to pamper yourself on the lowest shelf – after all – you’ll be lounging in your spa tub and you’ll need to be able to reach all of your pampering supplies.
Water temperatures can vary as hot water heaters are set differently for each household. Because accidents from scalding hot water are common, it is very important for you to check your hot water heater setting. A thermometer for your home bath spa will be a great investment for your safety. In fact, you may want to see how different temperatures effect how you feel after each of your at home spa treatments.
Several manufacturers make various types of equipment to assist in you in turning your bathroom into a home bath spa. Research the available types of home bath spas to see what will work best with the style of your bathtub. Do you need a long mat that jets bubbles the length of the tub? Perhaps you would prefer a spa that will go over the side of your tub that when turned on turns your bath into a whirlpool. Always make sure to read the manufacturers safety information for any type of bath spa you purchase. It is very important that you follow any safety tips. Be sure to clean these machines according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Aromatherapy is not just for use by massage therapists. You may want to consider utilizing various essential oils in your bath water. There are a variety of essential oils to choose from and you’ll want to consider the therapeutic effects of the various oils. If you’re trying to relax you might like to add a few drops of lavender oil. The aroma of lavender has a calming effect on many people. Eucalyptus oil tends to have a menthol type of aroma to it. The citrus essential oils are often enjoyable and bring a fresh, clean aroma. Some of the citrus oils you can try include grapefruit and orange.
There are numerous bath salts, salt scrubs, lotions, and other additional products available for you to try. It’s not necessary to buy them all at one time. Try to pick one or two items that you haven’t tried and splurge on those. If you can’t splurge for these items, you can always find some ingredients right in your own cabinet to try out in your bath water. In fact, if you have a container of oatmeal, begin with a special oatmeal bath. Just place a cup or two of oatmeal in your bathwater. It’s a great treatment for dry skin. Epsom salts are great to put in your bathwater too, especially if you’re sore or achy. Just try different things to help you pamper yourself. You are worth it.
Splurge on some extra fluffy bath sheets. Bath sheets are much larger than regular bath towels and you won’t have to worry about whether they’ll wrap around your body or not. The fluffiness of a wonderful bath sheet is a wonderful indulgence. Nothing is more soothing than some time at the spa. When that spa is right in your own home it’s easier to fit that spa treatment into your schedule. So, light some candles and run some hot
bathwater. Enjoy some wonderful bath salts. Dip into your home bath spa, lean your head on a terry cloth covered bath pillow, and begin your very own pampering session!

At home Swedish spa retreat
Create a relaxing retreat in your home by designing an at home Swedish spa in you own bathroom.
We all need a private sanctuary, a place to relax, and refresh. It matters little where your stress comes from, career, family or both; one of the best ways to unwind is in a hot bath at the end of the day. Imagine yourself, in a tub of warm soothing water, scented with aromatic oil, or bath salts. As your muscles relax and your mind wanders, the tension of the day simply floats away.
Equally important to the process of relaxation are your surroundings. Design your bath in a way that it becomes an escape, a mini-vacation from day to day worries and concerns. With minimal expense, and a lot of imagination, you can transform your bath into a Swedish spa, where you can pamper and soak your troubles away.
The first thing that comes to mind when you think the words “Swedish spa” is natural; wood, stone, and a neutral pallet. Start with your walls. Beadboard paneling in a golden oak tone is a wonderful choice. The look is all natural, yet warm and inviting. Trim your paneling with molding and baseboards in a creamy white shade.
Once you have finished the walls, your next decision is flooring. Many people are more comfortable with carpet. This is fine, and will work well, if you choose a carpet in a neutral tone, perhaps a Berber or even sisal carpeting. Whle carpet is warm and convenient; a floor of natural quarry tile, in a terra cotta or even a soft dove gray would look great. If warmth is a concern, remember all the lovely bath mats and area rugs available.
While staying within the boundaries of a neutral pallet, consider your fixtures. White is the natural choice. When choosing your lavatory, simple clean lines work best with this look. Many of the new pedestal sinks are both functional and attractive. Faucets and towel racks in chrome, perhaps with white porcelain detail, complete the theme.
Finally, to enhance the look, consider your accessories. That old saying “God is in the details”, certainly applies to decorating. Your choice of accessories is the rope that binds the whole concept together. In keeping with the neutral theme, choose accessories of a natural design. A clear, glass bowl piled high with sea sponges looks great in one corner of the bathtub. Consider a small three-tiered shelf in chrome, these are available at many bath or linen stores. Situate the shelf near the tub, stock one shelf with assorted bath oils, salts, and glycerin soaps. Fill the other shelves with fluffy, white towels, bath brushes, and loufahs. A single chrome hook mounted on the back of the door, is a great place to hang your favorite, white terry robe. Don’t forget to use several sizes and shapes of white beeswax candles. They look great scattered randomly in groups.
Now, run a warm soothing bath. Light your candles, add your favorite oil, or salts, and pour yourself a glass of wine or perhaps a cup of tea. Let the worries of the day float away on a cloud of bubbles!
You will emerge relaxed and refreshed, ready to tackle anything!

Well, here is your chance to have authentic spa treatments at home. You will be amazed how easy it is to make your own natural masks and lotions! There is something for everyone. If you have oily skin, problem skin, or even normal skin, these treatments will deepen your glow.
Skin Treatments or Masks:
1. Lemon mask for oily skin
What you need:
1/4- 1/2 cup of Potter's Clay
1 Lemon (equivalent lemon juice concentrate)
For this mask you need a ball of potter's clay or any other type of clay. Make a ball with the clay in the palm of your hand, filling your palm. Squeeze lemon juice into the ball, and roll it around in your hand. This is great for battling oiling skin. Place the mask on face, and allow it to set for 15-20 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Your skin will be refreshed and drier for days!
Cucumber Mask:
What you need:
1 Tbsp. Plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. Cucumber
1 Tbsp. Parsley
Chop the cucumber finely and mix with the yogurt and parsley until smooth. Cover your face with this creamy mask. This will rejuvenate your skin as it moistens. Leave the mask on for approximately 15-20 minutes for the best effects. Rinse with water. *This mixture can not be stored.
Mint mask:
1 Tbsp. Ground or powdered Spearmint
1 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. Oil (cooking)
Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Apply this mask to your face, leaving on for approximately 20 minutes. Afterward, rinse with cool water. *This mixture can be stored for up to a month in a glass jar.
Rose Water or Orange Water:
Many years ago, our grandmothers and great-grandmothers used to make their own beauty products. They used rosewater and vegetable glycerin to make lotions. Today we have many new and innovative products, but sometimes the natural, old-fashioned techniques are the most beneficial. Perhaps this is why there has been an upsurge in all-natural products.
To make the rosewater or orange water that are listed in some of the ingredients for these spa treatments, simply simmer rose petals or orange petals in steaming water for approximately ten minutes. Use a 2-quart saucepan of water and add a handful of petals. To preserve the orange or rose water, add alcohol. Use 3 pints of rose or orange water to 1 pint of alcohol. * Place in a bottle and store for up to a month. For longer storage, freeze mixture.
Lotions:
Orange Lotion
What you need:
1/2 oz. Cocoa butter (melted)
1 oz. Orange juice (fresh is better)
1 oz. Warm olive oil
2 drops of Orange flower oil.
Mix all ingredients until smooth. This can be stored in a jar or bottle. Just apply to clean skin for a different, zesty moisturizer that won't clog your pores. This is a great all-natural moisturizer. *This lotion can be stored for up to a week.
Rosemary Lotion (oily skin):
1 oz. Rose petal or rose water
1 Tbsp. Egg white
1 oz Rosemary tea
Mix all ingredients until smooth, and apply the solution to your face. Leave it on for 20 minutes, and rinse with cool water. This oil-free lotion is especially good for moisturizing oily skin. *This lotion can not be stored. It must be made fresh for each use.
Eye Rejuvenators
Cucumber Slices:
What you need:
1 Cucumber
Cut the cucumber into 1/2 inch slices. Lie down and place these on your eyes for at least 15 minutes. Not only is this relaxing, but it also reduces puffiness.
Cucumber- Yogurt Eye Smoother and Moisturizer
What you need:
1/2 cup of Chopped Cucumber (skinned)1/4 cup of Plain yogurt
1 Egg
1 Warm washcloth
Mix all of the ingredients until smooth, and apply mixture to closed eyes. Be sure to cover the entire area surrounding eyes. Apply the warm cloth over eyes for 20 minutes. Rinse face with warm water. This mixture will help to relieve puffiness and moisturize your eyes as well. *Mixture must be made fresh for each use.
Skin Steaming Solution
What you need:
1 Tbsp. Licorice
1 Tbsp. Fennel Seeds
1 Tbsp. Mint Leaves
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 Qt. Water
Mix 1/2 oz. of the herbs in 1 quart of steaming water. Place the steaming pot on a table and cover your head with a towel. Do not place face closer than 10-12 inches from the pot to prevent burning. This spa treatment releases essential oils and rich herbs into your skin, making it softer and more youthful. This is great for your pores as well. * Can be stored for up to a week.
Hair Treatment:
What you need:
1 can of Beer (any type)
1 Egg
Mix these ingredients and apply to your hair. Let this set on your hair for at least 15 minutes before washing. Do this once a month for added shine and luster. *This solution can not be stored.
Hot-Oil Treatment
What you need:
1/4-1/2 cup Olive Oil or other cooking oils depending on hair length and type.
1 Tbsp. Orange water or orange juice.

Portable makeup: beauty aids for your purse
Don't overstuff your purse with cosmetics that you'll never find. Instead, carry along a few handy items for quick touch-ups.
Wearing makeup generally requires occasional touchups throughout the day. Whether at work or in public, we often excuse ourselves for a quick dash to the bathroom to apply fresh lipstick or mascara.
But packing too much makeup into a regular size handbag may prevent needed items from being found. Typically we don't have much time during the day to take out everything in the handbag in search of a needed item or two buried at the bottom of a zipper compartment.
Unless you plan to pack a special case of makeup that can fold up and have its own place in your purse, pack a few essentials that can get you through any fashion emergency:
1. Lipstick. A quick splash of lip color can save the day when you're feeling dragged out, tired, or pale. Bring along a favorite shade that goes with anything you might wear. Make it a long-lasting brand with or without gloss that will fit any occasion you may have to face before returning home again to replenish your stock. Keep the tube in the same compartment of your purse so you'll know exactly where to look when you need it. As with any cosmetic, apply it in public, as grooming in public constitutes poor taste. Don't try this in the car, or you may end up losing control of the steering wheel.
2. Concealer. As the day wears on, you might notice that those under eye shadows are inching back, bring with them a haggard or washed out look to your face. Avoid rubbing your eyes, which can make it worse. When you take a break, pull out a small tube of concealer and gently apply some under both eyes for a uniform appearance. Depending on your preference and habit, you may want to add a little above your eyes on the brow bone to highlight that area as well. A tube is the best container for your purse because it won't spill like a bottle might.
3. Mascara. A new coat of long-lasting mascara can perk up the most tired of eyes by making lashes look long and luxuriant. Stay with a basic dark brown or black color during the day. Apply a few brush strokes during the day if your lashes start to look limp or if you get caught in the rain or snow. Remember to replace mascara every six months or so to keep bacteria from building up and causing eye infections.
4. Eye shadow. Reapply eye shadow if the color wears off during the day. Carry the shade that you started with that morning or choose a neutral tone that will go with anything you might wear, and thus can be carried with you at all times without the worry of changing it each day. Keep daytime applications light to be used as more of an accent than an emphasis. Apply color to the eyelid and lower part of the brow bone, just under the concealer you might have applied to the top part of the brow.
5. Blush or rouge. Whatever you call it, a rosy hue on each cheek can add a youthful, exuberant effect. Like other carry-along cosmetics, blush can be carried in a tube, looking much like lipstick, or it may come in a small plastic container for application with a brush. Choose a shade that is light enough to brighten your face without looking harsh or dominant. Stroke the color under each cheek bone, stretching it lightly toward each ear. Blot with tissue if the color is too strident.
Of course you can stash other cosmetics in your purse as well. But if you have limited space or want to find things in a hurry, these five items should carry you through most pressing schedules.

What to expect at a weight loss health spa
Weight loss health spas are great places to visit if you are looking to lose weight and gain the skills and confidence needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
A weight loss health spa is essentially a cross between a fat camp and a resort spa. If you are looking for a vacation filled with sheer luxury and indulgence, then you shouldn’t plan a trip to a weight loss health spa. However, if you are looking for a vacation that will jumpstart your weight loss and invigorate your mind and body, then a weight loss health spa is the perfect choice. Here’s what you can expect from a vacation at a weight-loss health spa:
WEIGH-IN AND BODY ANALYSIS
On your first day at most weight loss health spas, you will receive a body analysis and you will be weighed. If you are overweight, you may hate the thought of having to step on a scale, but this is the only way you will be able to gauge your progress throughout your stay at the spa. If you don’t get a weigh-in, you won’t be able to celebrate all the pounds you have lost when you leave the spa! The staff at the spa is also likely to measure your body fat and take measurements of your neck, waist, hips, arms, and thighs. Remember: you are among others who are also trying to lose weight. Everyone is nervous and embarrassed, but you are all at the spa to work on yourselves and improve your bodies and lives. Your minimum stay is likely to be seven days long, and the maximum length of time that most weight loss health spas recommend is twenty-one days. You will weigh-in and get your body analysis on the first day, and you will most likely get weighed and analyzed again at the end of each week that you stay in order to track your progress.
EXERCISE
While on typical vacations you may spend your days lazing out in the hot sun, when you are vacationing at a weight loss health spa, your days are filled with strength training sessions and intense cardiovascular aerobic workouts. You will work with fitness trainers who will guide you through various physical activities. Many health spas offer hiking trips, and some offer cross country skiing in the winter. They are also likely to offer group yoga classes, aerobic dance classes, kickboxing lessons, swimming and water workouts, and more. Take advantage of as many of the exercise activities as your body can withstand so that you get the maximum results for your stay. Many weight loss health spas have boot camp style exercise programs – you have to get up at six in the morning for an hour long hike, then you go to breakfast, then straight to cardio, then yoga, et cetera. The discipline levels of weight loss health spas vary, but if you really want to be pushed to your limits, you should look for a boot camp style program.
MOTIVATION AND LIFE SKILL LECTURES
Along with the physical exercise and the healthy eating, you will have the opportunity to listen to motivational speakers who will discuss such topics as overcoming weight loss plateaus, sticking to healthy diet, and shifting your lifestyle to a healthy one. You will also be able to learn how to shop with health and weight loss in mind. You may hear from individuals who have successfully lost large amounts of weight, maybe even past spa-goers. While some people find that motivational public speakers are corny, you should really have an open mind and try to absorb as much positive thinking and information as you possibly can. Let the information you receive help you to translate the healthy behaviors you are learning at the spa into your real life.
HEALTHY MENUS
You might imagine that the food at a weight loss spa would be less-than-delicious, but actually, you will find it to be quite the contrary. The chefs at these spas will prepare exquisitely delicious but surprisingly healthy meals for each and every meal that you consume during the course of your stay. The goal is to show you that it is possible to have scrumptious meals without overloading on fat, starches, and calories. The chefs will focus on using fresh flavors and herbs to enhance you dishes and you are likely to learn some of these recipes during the course of your stay so that you can try them out when you get back home. You are likely to find out that you can actually enjoy the taste of foods that will help you to lose weight. Some spas offer specialty diet menus, such as low-carb plans, raw food plans, and vegetarian plans.
DISCIPLINE AND PAMPERING
Even though you will be engaging in vigorous workouts, when you go to a weight loss spa, you will also get some pampering. You are likely to have the opportunity to get massages and spa treatments to help you unwind after an intense day of physical exertion. Beauty treatments are also available at many weight loss health spas, as many people want to get beautified when they start shedding excess pounds.

Enhance lips and eyes with retinol cream
The benefits of retinol in eye creams and lip treatment products.
Let's face it-laugh lines are not that funny. Sure, they may be a reminder of the smiles and good times we've shared with friends and loved ones over the years, but they're also a wake-up call that we're not getting any younger.
The good news is that innovative skin care products may help us hit the snooze bar on all those fine lines that are causing alarm. Amazing advances have been made in treating and preventing wrinkles, especially with products containing retinol. Retinol is a topical form of the antioxidant vitamin A, and it has proven to be one of the most effective ingredients to reduce the visible signs of aging.
How does retinol work? Retinol is one of few substances with a small enough molecular structure to penetrate into the lower layers of the skin. Once there, it repairs and stimulates collagen and elastin production to create firmer, smoother skin. Retinol also works to speed cell turnover and exfoliation by stimulating cell production. Sloughing off dead skin cells allows healthier cells to appear. The result is softer skin, smaller pores and diminishing signs of sun-damage like age spots and blotchiness.
Because of its promising results, cosmetic companies are now using retinol in all kinds of products, from face creams and hair serums to powder foundation and nail polish. But most of us see the first and most noticeable signs of aging around the eyes and lips. The skin around these areas is thinner, so it's more vulnerable to damage and the repeated effects of facial expressions like smiling or squinting. That's why many beauty experts advise making retinol eye creams and lip treatments part of your daily beauty routine.
Contrary to popular belief, eye creams and facial moisturizers are not one in the same. Facial moisturizers may contain active ingredients that are much too strong for the delicate eye area, causing stinging and burning. Eye creams, on the other hand, contain more moisturizing and emollient ingredients to specifically treat the thinner, drier skin around the eyes. While there are multitudes of eye creams on the market, retinol eye creams are powerful best bets to combat crow's feet, the fine lines and wrinkles that appear near the corners and under the eyes.
Retinol eye creams are available at drugstores, cosmetic retailers, upscale beauty counters and online skincare stores. They range in price from about $12 to $65 and up (just remember, a little eye cream goes a long way). Some retinol products to look for include: L'Oreal Dermo-Expertise RevitaLift Eye, RoC Retinol Actif Pure Eye Contour Cream, H20+ Line Defense Retinol Eye Complex, Lancome Re-Surface Eye, MD Forte Skin Rejuvenation Eye Cream and DDF Retinol Eye Renewal.
For more intensive treatment, look for Spa Sciences Collagen Retinol Eye Patch Therapy. These transdermal patches are placed under the eye for 30 to 40 minutes to deliver retinol in a high potency dose.
A number of products do double-duty by smoothing skin around the eyes and the lips. Estee Lauder's Diminish Anti-Wrinkle Retinol Treatment can be used as a spot treatment for crow's feet and laugh lines, as well as wrinkles and discolored spots anywhere on the face. Avon's Anew Line Eliminator Neo-Retinol Line Plumper SPF 15 comes in a convenient portable swivel stick that you can smooth around the mouth, under the eyes and other lined areas. It can be used before moisturizer in the morning and as a mid-day touch-up too.
In addition to preventing and smoothing lines, retinol's collagen boosting properties have also been used to create a number of lip-plumping products (think of the pout on Angelina Jolie). They're called lip enhancers, and they work to smooth and moisturize lips, as well as enhance their natural color and fullness. The most popular brands range in price from $20 to $45 (but you can't put a price on beauty). Favorites include Freeze 24-7 Plump Lips Lip Plumper, Physicians Complex Lip Enhancer and Poutrageous, a new sheer, shiny gloss from New York's trendy Bliss spa. All promise to give lips a fuller, more sensuous appearance in an instant.
For a more colorful mix of lip enhancers, look to Avon's Beyond Color cosmetics. This product line offers a Plumping Lip Conditioner, Plumping Lip Liner, Plumping Lipstick and Plumping Lip Gloss, all made with retinol. These anti-aging lip products boost fullness and resurface lips so color won't feather or settle into creases. They come in a variety of warm, cool and shimmering colors, and better yet, you can boost your beauty without breaking your budget-they cost about $7 to $8 each.

Beauty treatments: chemical peels vs microdermabrasian
CHemical peels and microdermbrasion are procedures designed to improve the appearance and vitality of skin. They both reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, but they also have many differences, such as their risks.
There are several cosmetic skin rejuvenating procedures, but two of the most popular non-surgical procedures are chemical peels and microdermabrasion. While there are many similarities between the two procedures, there are also some notable differences. Both treatments come with some risks and potential side effects that should be carefully considered before going through with either procedure. In general, they attract the same type of clientele – people who want to reduce wrinkles and fine lines and give their skin a more youthful, healthy glow. Many individuals struggle with the decision over which procedure would be best suited for their needs. Some individuals actually have both procedures done in conjunction.
If you are looking for the procedure that has the fewest side effects and potential risks, you should go with microdermabrasion. This procedure is by far the safest skin rejuvenating procedure you can get. Microdermabrasion involves blasting the skin with aluminum oxide crystals in order to resurface the skin. Microdermabrasion reaches the second layer of skin, known as the dermis, and it removes the dead top layer of skin. The treatment takes about thirty minutes if you are getting your face done only. If you are getting more than just your face, it may take an hour or more. If you have unstable diabetes, an auto immune disorder, herpes, undiagnosed lesions, rosacea, dilated capillaries, warts, or severe and active acne, you should consult with your doctor prior to getting a microdermabrasion treatment. For qualified candidates, the only common side effect with this procedure is redness, and this usually subsides within about forty eight hours.
Chemical peels certainly have far more risks and potential side effects than microdermabrasion does, but they also produce more dramatic results. This is a much more invasive procedure than microdermabrasion is. However, it is considered to be quite safe if done properly. A chemical peel works by applying caustic chemicals to the skin in order to even out pigmentation, reduce scarring, and smooth out lines and wrinkles. Some of the chemical used include trichloracetic acid, glycolic acid, phenol resorcinol, salicylic acid, lactic acid, alpha-keto acid, and Tretinoin Retinoic acid. If you have a personal or family history of heart disease, consult with your regular doctor before going ahead with a chemical peel. Chemical peels can take anywhere from ten minutes to about an hour depending on what chemicals are being used for your peel (different chemical combinations are used based on your individual skin type and complexion). The side effects of chemical peels include crusting, redness, infection, irritation, and pigmentation damage. These symptoms can last for as little as a day, but they often last for as long as two weeks, so make sure that you are able to possibly look pretty red and strange for at least two weeks.
While it is alright to go to either a plastic surgeon or a specially trained esthetician for microdermabrasion, it is strongly recommended that you only go to a plastic surgeon for a chemical peel. There are some states that do not require that a chemical peel be performed by a plastic surgeon, but it is better to be safe than sorry. Chemical peels are too risky to go to anyone that you are not sure about. Microdermabrasion is a much easier procedure to master, so if you are certain that your esthetician has been specially trained in the procedure and has had plenty of experience and plenty of happy customers, there is no reason why you shouldn’t let that person perform the treatment. In fact, many people prefer to go to an esthetician for microdermabrasion because they hate doctor’s offices, and they would much prefer to include microdermabrasion in a relaxing and luxurious spa day.
